What are you really willing to do for the life you say you want?
Everybody wants to know the reason without even asking why.
Everybody wants to be the one to laugh. Nobody wants to cry.
Everybody wants to hear the truth but people keep on telling lies.
Everybody wants to be the winner. Nobody wants to play.
Everybody wants to live tomorrow but nobody likes living today.
Everybody wants to go first class. Nobody wants to pay.
Everybody wants to get all the love they can. Nobody gives any love away.
Everybody wants to be a light. Nobody wants to shine.
Everybody wants to borrow the car, but nobody wants to pay the fine.
Everybody wants to be in love. Nobody wants to stay.
The Dilemma of Desire
This song often bounces around my head. We all want the outcome without the process, without doing the hard work (me too). That’s why we take pills and sign up for quick-fix programs.
We claim we want peace, confidence, success, joy, and meaning. But when it’s time to face ourselves, break our patterns, and challenge our comfort zones, we look away and mumble maybe tomorrow.
We scroll through social media. We say we're “too busy.” We wait for the “right time.” We remain in unfulfilling relationships. We stick to jobs that drain us. We cling to habits that quietly suffocate us because we've outgrown them. We make choice after choice moving toward stagnation instead of living fully.

Truth Time: Are You Living Fully?
So, cards on the table:
Are you living the life you truly want to live?
Are you creating the relationships, the work, the health, and the experiences that light you up?
Or are you sleepwalking through your own life, waiting for someone else to change things for you?
Here’s the truth: nobody is coming to save you.
Nobody is here to heal you. Or fix you.
You need to wake up. You need to get honest. You must take responsibility. Now is the time to ask yourself if you’re finally ready to do the thing and step into your life like it actually matters.
Embracing Responsibility
Taking responsibility for your life is empowering. It means acknowledging that you are in control of your choices. You are capable of changing your situation. This realization can be a powerful motivator to spur you into action.
Every small step you take towards change is a victory. The road may be challenging, but remember that growth often happens outside of your comfort zone. Embrace it and see what unfolds.
You only have one life. Don’t wait for a second chance.

The question remains: ARE YOU READY?
