Whether you've attended a retreat, worked with me 1:1, or are new to Bodlondeb, this space is for you.

It's an ongoing space that reminds you to breathe. To move. To slow down. To ask the questions. To listen. To connect and reflect.

It's designed to be a homebase - a commitment that sustains and supports the peaks and troughs of life. 

Each week’s session can stand alone (so no pressure to be there every week) and will simultaneously offer you structure, consistency and variation. ​

I was sorting our finances and it looked like I was going to have to cancel the Accountability Programme but when I prioritised stuff I realised it was too important to remove with everything we're dealing with at the minute.
