Take six days away from the busy-ness of everyday life and come home to what matters most: connection, rest, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Under The Stars is designed for anyone seeking space, beauty and community. You don’t need to have worked with me before - you just need to feel the call to pause, reflect and adventure alongside like-hearted people.
This isn’t just another retreat. It’s a celebration of everything you’ve become, shared, and dreamt of.
Together, we’ll create new memories, deepen our connections, and explore who we are right now and where we want to go next. It's a life health check.

I am taking A sense of space, permission to slow down, a huge sense of ease and simplicity, greater awareness of my own power and my ability to hold things lightly while being clear with my boundaries...memories that will last a life time. A huge, huge, huge amount of love.
Oof...wild swimming, the sauna, being barefoot in the wet grass, dancing and making noise all together on the last day, singing about apple cheeked riders in the Slavic mountains, guided meditation, being held so gently and safely by Steph while also being encouraged to meet my edges and step out of my comfort zone

Space can feel like a luxury to many of us - Steph will bring together her NLP, mBIT and Heartmath tools and techniques to help you come home and realign.

Shared silence, day time naps cocooned in a hammock, stargazing, and simply being - yes please.

Movement, beautiful views and walks, wild swimming and shitting in a compost toilet - what more could you ask for?!

We tend to hide behind booze and drugs under the guise of connection, but actually most of the time, that stuff just gets in the way.

Wood fired sauna
Indulge in the woodfired sauna, release the cold bucket on your head and a dip in their swimming pond to land deeply into your body.
The Forge: a favourite place of mine and I cannot wait to share it with you.
Set in a secluded and wild part of North Wales, The Forge is the perfect blend of luxury and nature. This off-grid glamping retreat is designed for those who crave both comfort and adventure. Each accommodation offers a unique experience all with access to the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Each luxury tent is equipped with its own hammock, camp kitchen and composting toilet. The site has hot showers available for everyone. You’ll also have access to the on-site wild swimming pond, sauna, and plenty of outdoor and indoor space to be where you need to be.

No Frills Bell Tents – Bring your own mat and sleeping bag - a simpler option.
£519-629 per person.
