Hire Terms and Conditions

It's deeply important to us that this space is loved and respected. It's Steph's place of work training actors and coaching humans through their human-ing and we've put so much love into creating it that it would be heart-breaking for it not to be treated right.

Let's keep it simple:

1. THIS IS NOT A PARTY VENUE
If drinking and/or partying is a reason for booking, please **Do Not Book**
We cannot stress this enough. We can hear the noise from our home and have small children.

2. NOISE
No loud music generally and please be mindful of noise levels if you're outside after 9pm.

3. CARE & RESPECT
3.1 If anyone is inexcusably disrespectful towards us, the property, the activity providers or members of the public they will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.
3.2 You will be asked to quieten down if you are making too much noise at the property.
3.3 If you break something you must tell us immediately so we can rectify it. If caused by negligence, carelessness or malicious acts it must be paid for at the time at current replacement value.

4. BINS:
4.1 You must be willing to sort your rubbish to meet our county's recycling regime (info at studio).
4.2 If you are not, you must take away all of your rubbish.
4.3 Main bins are only collected once a month, recycling is taken weekly. If you leave bags of rubbish we will have to charge you to dispose of it (£50). 

5. EXTRA PEOPLE:
5.1 Each guest is £15/night minimum of 2 nights after the initial 8 guests. Maximum 12.
5.2 If you have more people coming than you've told us about you must notify us so we can ensure beds are available for all of you.

6. OTHER:
6.1 No children under 5 unless otherwise agreed - there are no barriers on the studio roof so bringing children is at your own risk).
6.2 No pets as a general rule of thumb but talk to us
6.3 No smoking inside the property

6.4 2 night minimum unless Bank Holiday Weekend when it's a 3 night minimum

7. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Check in: 4-9pm
Check out: 10am (unless a late check out has been agreed in writing)

8. PAYMENT: 
£250 (£100 for day bookings) nonrefundable deposit to secure the dates - the space is not secured without it.

£200 security deposit - will be returned immediately after leaving the space in good condition.
Full payment on invoice within 14 days of securing the dates - without it the dates will be automatically released.

9. CANCELLATION:
Full refund apart from deposit if cancelled with 8 weeks or more until booking.
No refund if cancelled with less than 8 weeks to go.

10. MAILING LIST
You will be automatically added to our mailing list to receive occasional offers and news. You can opt out from these emails anytime using the 'unsubscribe from this list' link at the bottom of the emails. 
 
11. CUSTOMER CARE
Your comfort, happiness and experience is deeply important to us. If you have a great time please let us know, we love hearing people! 
On the other hand if there is something you feel we could improve on, please talk to us. We’re reliant on you to guide us to being as great as we know we can be.
