Hi, I’m Steph, I work with humans, and I love it deeply. I’m a twice trained Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, a Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) master coach, a HeartMath Coach and am currently training to be an NLP Master Practitioner.
I’m also an acting coach and director who specialises in The Meisner Technique, a training tool which is specifically about getting out of your head and becoming less self conscious. However, it’s not just relevant to actors. At the heart of what I do is create a space for you to explore what makes you human, what makes you, you. Many of us go through each day not fully knowing why we do what we do or even what it is that we do and therefore not realising the importance of that knowing.
I would love to spend some intensive and immersive time with you so I can share a plethora of really powerful tools and guide you through the process thoroughly enough so they are a part of you once you leave.
