This programme is here to help you build the daily habits that strengthen your nervous system, your focus, your creativity and your sense of self. It’s structured, simple and consistent - and you’ll be held accountable to the work you choose to do here. You’re not doing this alone. There is a container holding you, and I’ll be keeping an eye on your presence and your progress. You show up, and I’ll meet you there. Each day you’ll complete three non-negotiable steps: Breathing Practice A short guided breath regulation audio with me. If you use the HeartMath app or Inner Balance device, you can upload a screenshot of your HRV so you can track your progress over time. Free Writing Five minutes to clear the noise, connect back in and recalibrate. The prompts are simple, and they change predictably so you can build routine. What’s Important About Today? A daily question to anchor your attention and set intention. You’ll tick each step off - and I’ll be able to see your activity. Not to judge, but to hold you accountable to the commitment you’ve made to yourself.
