An 8-night residential retreat in North Wales
Learn to live as the person you want to be.
Are you existing rather than living?
When was the last time you felt really alive?
Step out of your daily life for just 8 days and we will give you practical strategies to approach your life differently.
With enough time to embed the tailor-made tools and hands-on support, you will leave here changed.
Learn how to stop being your lowest priority and start showing up for yourself.

Memories to last
What we do here is get into your neurology so you never forget it.
"Your guidance has helped me shape who I want to be. I've never felt so at ease opening up about the things I felt so uncomfortable with, so I thank you for that.”
"I'm finally starting to feel like me. I didn't even know who I was a few months ago. Knowing I can take up space and my voice is worthy of being heard is the greatest gift.”
The good news is: All we have learnt can be unlearnt.
There’s only one thing we can be absolutely certain of, and that, my friends, is that we’re going to die. The rest really is up for grabs. It’s so easy to get stuck in a pattern, a rhythm, a space and forget what it is to live in the present moment, to be here, right now. Our heads can be so noisy that even with the best intentions it stops us from listening (and hearing) ourselves and each other. No matter how much we want to. This affects our health, our jobs, our friendships, our relationships, our parenting, our self caring. It affects everything.
If you have some changes to make, you’re at the right place.
"I have never felt so much love.
We came together, from all walks of life.
It was fantastic to feel so comfortable and just be as excitable as a child again."
Who will be guiding you
Hi, I’m Steph, I work with humans, and I love it deeply. I’m a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and mBIT master coach (where neuroscience backs up ancient wisdoms). I’m also an acting coach who specialises in The Meisner Technique, a training tool which is specifically about getting out of your head and becoming less self conscious. However, it’s not just relevant to actors. At the heart of what I do is create a space for you as a human to explore what makes you human, what makes you, you. Many of us go through each day not fully knowing why we do what we do or even what it is that we do and therefore not realising the importance of that knowing.
I would love to spend some intensive and immersive time with you so I can share a plethora of really powerful tools and guide you through the process thoroughly enough so they are a part of you once you leave.
You’ll have 6 full days in total with me where we’ll work together to explore and discover how you do you. We’ll do practical exercises to calm that unhelpful voice in your head and help you get out of your way, we’ll explore the parts of you that you shy away from, we’ll remind your system what it is to feel the fear and do it anyway, we’ll relearn how to be ok with everything we’re full of. This journey will be infused with activities inside and outside of the studio with Stand Up Paddle Boarding, White Water Tubing, walking and fire making because we want your entire being to learn from experience, not just your head. That way it will last a lifetime.
Is this therapy?
Nope. I am not a therapist, I am a coach.
We’ll be working with your present and where you want to go and not focussing on your past. It’s likely your past has already had a lot of attention, be it in your head and/or in a therapist's room. This tends to give your past more power than it needs.
I am not here to undermine your story, you are you because of your past and we certainly won't be shoving it under the carpet either - but it is time to take the reigns and determine where we go from here.
Why group coaching?
Firstly, people are inspirational if you let them be and secondly holding space with and for others gives us the space to reflect on ourselves. The more we listen, the better we get at listening. The more we reflect, the deeper our learning and richer the change.
I'm also very collaborative, I don't believe I have all the answers. Sure I have a wealth of tools to share with you but we are better together and X amount of heads are definitely better than one!
“The secret of change is to focus all of your efforts not on fighting the old but on building the new” ~ Socrates

Your home for the week
The site is cosy, there’s no denying that, but we’ve thoroughly enjoyed finding ways to give you as many adaptable options as possible to help you come together as a group whilst offering you little spaces of solitude and spaces to breathe.
There are 3 en suites bedrooms, each with bunking for 4 people and each bed with it's own curtain, shelf, plug socket and light. Plus we've built stairs instead of ladders.
We understand sharing accommodation can feel daunting to some people so we’ve put lots of thought into how we can make it as comfortable as possible to give you ease of mind.
"Community is much more than belonging to something;
it’s about doing something together which makes belonging matter"
~ Brian Solis
