Hi, we're Both Feet
We've been offering professional and emerging actors high quality training around the country (mostly Manchester & Leeds) for five years as a company and between us (Stephanie Morgan/Upsall & Adam Stadius) we have over 25 years of professional industry experience.
The Meisner Technique is at the heart our training but we’re so much more -
we're constantly adapting and designing courses in response to the actor's needs.
Across a variety of different retreats we'll be covering the foundations of acting and introduction to The Meisner Technique, performance physiology, headshots & showreels, scene studies & performance and ongoing practice and support. Every retreat we offer will be beautifully fused with outdoor activities such as white water rafting, stand up paddle boarding, canyoning, archery, axe throwing, canoeing, night walks, scrambling, exploring, foraging and campfires and even camping in bell tents.
Each retreat is carefully and lovingly designed to give you an intensive, powerful & unique way to drop the training into your body for a full, rich and embodied experience that you'll never forget.
We’ll help you continue to pack out that toolbox with tools for a happy, healthy and meaningful career.
The acting process is a personal one so every class is tailored to each individual's needs whilst also catering for the
dynamics of the group. We’ll explore what it means to get out of your own way, to trust that you are enough and enable you to have confidence in your own ability so you can be the instinctive and impulsive actor the industry wants to employ.
Both of us and our guest practitioners are all united in our ethos but very different humans, teachers and wizards.
Those differences are what make the actors who train with us adaptable and desirable to this ever-changing industry,
which is so important, especially now.
If you're ready to be bold, courageous and present - jump now. You won't regret it.
